How Onboarding Works
Getting set up with Trimly is quick and painless. We’ve designed the process to be simple for you while giving clients a seamless booking experience. Here’s what to expect:
- Create your account: Sign up for a free trial and choose your plan. We’ll send you a welcome email with a setup checklist.
- Connect your calendar: Integrate Google Calendar, Outlook or iCal so Trimly can manage your availability in real time. You can define working hours, breaks and buffer times.
- Add services & staff: Enter or upload your service menu (name, duration, price) and invite team members to join. For multi‑location salons, assign staff to specific branches.
- Link Instagram (optional): Connect your Instagram account so our AI can propose posts and promotions. You retain full control – approve or edit every post before it goes live.
- Enable payments (optional): Activate deposits, prepayments and no‑show fees via Stripe. Multi‑currency support means you can accept GBP and AED.
- Go live: Once everything looks good, share your booking link on your website and social media. Watch as appointments fill your calendar!
